(1) The person receiving the license to produce the film must produce the story film within three years and other films within one year from the date of obtaining the license. However, if the licensee applies to the Ministry for an extension before the expiry of the license, showing reasonable reasons for not being able to produce the film within that period, and if the action is deemed appropriate, the Ministry will extend the period by one year in the case of narrative films and three months in the case of other films.

(2) The duration of the license granted to distribute and exhibit the film shall be five years.
